Immediate Danger

- NHS 111: Call 111 and select option 2 for mental health crisis support.
- Samaritans: Call 116 123 for someone to talk to at any time.
- Shout: Text 'SHOUT' to 85258 for a 24/7 text support service.
Seeking Advice
If you need urgent but non-emergency support:
- Contact your GP and request an emergency appointment.
- If you are under the care of a mental health team, please use the details provided to you by them.
- Reach out to trusted friends or family to let them know you are struggling.
